The modern Salamander trains of the Schneebergbahn take you quickly and barrier-free to Austria's highest railway station, the Hochschneeberg mountain station, at an altitude of 1,800m, in just 40 minutes.

Children under 6 years of age are transported free of charge as lap children.
Please note that a maximum of one child under 6 years per accompanying adult can be transported as a lap child.
